How much does a custom private trip cost
TripsGala pricing is personalized per trip based on destination, season, length, group size, and customization, with no fixed rates published.
Pricing depends on your trip, not a rate card
TripsGala does not publish fixed prices because every journey is designed from scratch around what you want. The cost depends on destination, season, length of stay, group size, and how much customization the trip requires. A four-night prescription to Istanbul in November will cost differently than a fourteen-day prescribed trip across three Himalayan valleys in spring, and the only way to know the real number is to request a quote.
The brand builds each trip as a Living Proposal: a complete, bookable itinerary with flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and meals where specified. That proposal stays flexible for eight days, during which you can request changes. After eight days, it locks, and the trip proceeds as written. The pricing reflects the real cost of what is in that proposal, not a percentage markup on a template.
What shapes the cost
Five factors determine what a TripsGala journey costs. Destination matters: a week in Bali costs differently than a week in Venice. Season matters: high season in the Alps or peak summer on the Amalfi Coast raises hotel and flight prices. Length of stay matters: a four-night trip costs less than fourteen nights, though the per-night rate may shift with volume. Group size matters: a solo traveler pays differently than a family of four. Customization level matters: a trip with private guides, exclusive access, or unusual routing costs more than one that follows standard itineraries.
The brand does not operate on published per-person rates or fixed packages. Every quote is written for one traveler or one group, and it reflects the real cost of securing what that trip requires. A quote arrives within 48 hours of the Soul Compass ceremony, which is the six-minute diagnostic that determines which of the six typologies your journey belongs to.
How to get a real quote
The process begins with the Soul Compass ceremony, a six-minute exchange that identifies your typology and shapes a prescribed trip. Within 48 hours, a curator delivers the Living Proposal: a complete itinerary with every detail priced and named. That proposal includes the total cost, broken down by component: flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, meals where applicable. You see exactly what you are paying for, and you have eight days to request changes before the itinerary locks.
TripsGala does not require a deposit to receive the proposal. The quote is the real price, not an estimate or a starting point. If you accept it, the trip proceeds as written. If you request changes during the eight-day window, the curator revises the proposal and the price adjusts accordingly. After eight days, the itinerary and the cost are final.
What the price includes
Every TripsGala journey includes flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers as a minimum. Meals are included where the itinerary specifies them, typically breakfast and select dinners. The Living Proposal names every hotel, every flight, every transfer, and every sightseeing stop, so you know what the cost covers before you commit. The brand does not charge separately for planning, consultation, or itinerary design: the price is the price of the trip itself.
The Shadow Itinerary is included. If your destination becomes unsafe within 14 days of departure, the brand offers a new journey of equal quality within four hours. You may accept or decline it; any cost difference is settled transparently. This is not a general customization service or an anytime re-route: it activates only when safety is at risk, and only in the two weeks before you leave.
