Barlako Enterprises LLP was registered in India in 2014. TripsGala launched in 2015 as its first venture, built around a single question: why do people return from extraordinary trips feeling nothing has changed.

For a decade we designed journeys. Quietly, through referral alone, for the kind of traveler who had been everywhere and still felt they had not arrived. We did not advertise. We did not need to. The clients who found us were the right ones, and they told the right people, and that was enough.

In that decade, we arrived at something the travel industry has never quite resolved: the journey a person needs is rarely the journey they ask for. The destination matters less than what a person brings to it, and what they are ready to receive from it. We became, over time, students of that question.

What we have built since is the architecture for that question at scale.

The Soul Compass is a diagnostic ceremony. An intake that reads a client's emotional state, aspirations, and typology before any destination is considered. The Living Proposal is a private document that evolves over eight days, not an itinerary but a prescription. The Shadow Itinerary is built in parallel for every journey, ready to activate within four hours if the world shifts. The Sentinel Protocol monitors conditions throughout, so our clients never have to. The Obsidian Token arrives after the journey: a record of who they were when they left and who they became.

The thinking behind all of this is not new. The infrastructure to deliver it at scale is.
