By using our website and completing the Soul Compass, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Contact information: Your name, email address, and WhatsApp number, provided voluntarily at the end of the Soul Compass ceremony.
Psychographic data: Your responses to the Soul Compass questions, including emotional preferences, travel motivations, seasonal preferences, dates, and any free-text whisper you choose to share.
Conversational data: If you engage with the Companion Voice during the ceremony, those exchanges are stored as part of your profile.
Technical data: Standard web analytics including browser type, device type, approximate location (country/region level), and session duration. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information solely to:

Design and deliver your personalised travel prescription
Communicate with you regarding your prescription and journey
Improve the Soul Compass and curatorial process
Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. DATA SHARING

We share your information only with:

Human curators employed by or contracted to Barlako Enterprises LLP, for the purpose of designing your remedy
Ground partners (hotels, guides, operators) strictly necessary to construct your journey, and only after you have accepted a prescription
Technology infrastructure providers (including Supabase for data storage and Anthropic for AI-assisted analysis) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you have not completed the Soul Compass or engaged with a curator within 24 months of your last activity, your data may be deleted.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are located in India, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
Withdraw consent at any time
