These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tripsgala.com and the services provided by Barlako Enterprises LLP ("TripsGala", "we", "us", or "our"), LLP Identification Number AAB-6177, registered at 3-63/A, Girls College Road, Aligarh - 202002, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By accessing our website or completing the Soul Compass, you agree to these Terms.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE

TripsGala is a curatorial travel prescription service. We design personalised travel remedies for clients based on psychographic and logistical information gathered through the Soul Compass. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell flights, accommodation, or activities directly. We design the remedy and oversee its construction through a vetted network of partners.

2. THE SOUL COMPASS

The Soul Compass is a mandatory diagnostic ceremony. No prescription is issued without it. Completion of the Soul Compass does not guarantee a prescription — a curator may determine that we are unable to design something appropriate for your needs at this time. In such cases, we will communicate this to you directly.

3. PRESCRIPTIONS

A travel prescription is a curatorial document, not a contract for services. It represents our design proposal for your journey. Acceptance of a prescription initiates a separate engagement process including commercial terms, payment schedules, and supplier agreements, which will be presented to you by your curator.

4. NO BOOKING GUARANTEE

TripsGala does not guarantee availability of any specific property, guide, operator, or experience. Prescriptions are designed in good faith based on current knowledge. Where specific elements become unavailable, we will propose alternatives of equivalent or superior quality.

5. PAYMENTS

Payment terms are established individually for each client at the prescription acceptance stage. TripsGala does not collect payment through this website. Any payment instructions received through channels other than direct communication from your curator should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund terms are specific to each engagement and will be detailed in your engagement agreement. The Soul Compass ceremony is free of charge and carries no financial obligation.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on tripsgala.com — including the Soul Compass, the prescription format, the curatorial framework, and all copy — is the intellectual property of Barlako Enterprises LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barlako Enterprises LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any journey constructed pursuant to a prescription. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
