What TripsGala Actually Does

One trip, built for one person

TripsGala plans private holidays that are built from nothing for a single person or party, rather than sold off a shelf and adjusted. Flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants and the shape of each day are all arranged, and the trip runs anywhere from four nights to forty days.

There is no shop and no walk-in office. Everything begins with a questionnaire that takes six minutes and costs nothing.

How an engagement runs

The order never changes:

• You answer the Soul Compass. Six minutes, free, online.
• A curator writes a Living Proposal and sends it within 48 hours. It is a real, bookable trip, priced in full.
• You have eight days to change it. Swap Porto for Marrakech, drop a day, add a night.
• On day nine it locks, and the booking is made.
• You travel, with someone reachable throughout.
• The Obsidian Token arrives after you return.

Nothing is owed before the proposal. You decide once you can see the whole trip and what it costs.

What you actually receive

The trip arrives as a written document rather than a login to a dashboard. It lists every flight, every room, every transfer and the reasoning behind each choice, which matters more than it sounds: knowing why a hotel in Hanoi was picked over the obvious one tells you whether the person who chose it understood you.

Support during the trip is real but quiet. Nobody messages to ask how you are enjoying yourselves.

If the destination becomes unsafe

If the place you are going becomes unsafe within 14 days of departure, an alternative trip of equal quality is ready within four hours. You may take it or decline it, and any difference in cost is settled openly either way.

This is not an anytime change service and it is not a way to rebook on a whim. It exists for the one case where going was no longer sensible.
